Since 2013, we have been actively involved in the design of our raw materials thanks to our joint venture with Esal Rod Alloys, S.A. in northern Spain. This decision has enabled us to realise our vision of operating more independently and responding even more individually to customer requirements.
Our direct influence on the production of raw materials not only ensures consistently high quality, but also offers you maximum planning security, shorter response times and reliable delivery capability – even in uncertain markets. This allows you to keep your production processes stable, avoid bottlenecks and concentrate fully on your core business.
At our site in Spain, as in Germany, our focus is on continuous development in order to achieve the best possible results with modern, high-performance machines. With regular investments, we not only secure our success today, but also actively shape the future of tomorrow.

Willi Erdmann takes over a factory for resistance wire in Neuenrade. After initial renovation and expansion work, production is expanded to include stapling and floral wire, as well as bare and enamelled copper wire.

Balancing work and family life on a daily basis is not always easy. As a family-owned company, we are particularly committed to harmonising the two. We have even been recognised as a ‘family-friendly company’ for our efforts!

The protection of resources, the avoidance of waste and the recovery of recyclable materials are high priorities for us at every stage, from product development to production and delivery. We use raw materials particularly efficiently, reduce emissions and consistently pay attention to air and water quality as well as the responsible use of chemicals.
Our processes are certified and regularly audited. We comply with important standards such as ISO 14001 (environmental management), ISO 50001 (energy management) and ISO 9001 (quality management) as well as other industry-specific standards such as VdTÜV 1153 and EN 13479.
This allows us to transparently document that our approach to resources, the environment and quality are not empty promises, but a reality we live by. And if something does go wrong, we respond quickly, consistently and in accordance with regulations – for maximum safety for our customers, our employees and the environment.
