Our values and our commitment to applicable laws and general social and ethical principles form the stable basis for all decisions and all business activities.

These have now been set out in writing in the Drahtwerk Elisental W. Erdmann GmbH Code of Conduct, consisting of the Code of Conduct and the joint declaration on principles of social responsibility and their commitment in the Ethics Guidelines for Drahtwerk Elisental W. Erdmann GmbH.

This has also been done with the aim of setting a standard with this code that unites all employees of Drahtwerk Elisental W. Erdmann GmbH. It is therefore also an example of our self-image of thinking and acting within the global Drahtwerk Elisental W. Erdmann GmbH network.

The involvement of efficient suppliers is a prerequisite for effective cooperation between customers and Elisental.

Products

Our product diversity is Elisental's flagship. It is therefore important to continuously optimise the quality of our products to meet customer specifications. This secures our future.

Product safety

A high level of product safety is an important factor in retaining our customers' loyalty to our company. Product safety means eliminating all possible risks. Starting with contract review, through the procurement of our raw materials and manufacturing, to the shipment of our products, monitored processes ensure that our products can be used by our customers in a wide variety of sectors, such as the automotive industry, the food industry (in particular, ensuring compliance with increased hygiene guidelines with regard to food safety), the construction industry and many others. It is important to observe product requirements in order to rule out any health risks for customers or end consumers.

Employees

Motivated and qualified employees are the key to our success. We must continue to leverage this potential. It can only grow through the effective interaction of all successful forces, i.e. smooth working within and between individual departments. Every employee is aware that their work is part of a whole and is usually the preliminary stage of a subsequent activity in another area. We are committed to continuously monitoring, analysing and systematically improving our energy consumption. By integrating energy management into our business processes, we create transparency regarding energy flows, identify potential savings and promote energy-conscious behaviour at all levels of our company. Compliance with the requirements of ISO 50001 is an integral part of our holistic management system. Where possible, energy-efficient products and services are preferred in procurement. Planning activities are carried out systematically to continuously improve energy efficiency.

One of our basic tasks is the internal and external dissemination of information.
